Tony was always drawn to the operationally-focused nature of the hotel business, but quickly realized that hospitality can extend beyond hotels and drive outperformance in all real estate asset classes. Tony’s journey in real estate started at Lubert-Adler Partners, the multi-billion dollar private equity firm, where he specialized in value-add hotel and multi-family investments. It continued at Magna Hospitality, where he oversaw acquisitions and new developments for the vertically integrated hotel company. Most recently, Tony acted in a project executive role for multiple major historic adaptive re-use projects in Philadelphia. Tony studied economics and finance at Dartmouth College and then started his career in M&A investment banking at Citi. In his spare time, he owns and manages a growing portfolio of single family rentals in his South Jersey hometown. He is passionate about food & drink, travel, skiing, getting lost in the woods, and the Philadelphia Eagles. He also loves nothing more than spending time with his growing family and friends.
